Information we collect
Orders: your name, email, buyer type, optional company and PO number, the plans purchased, payment status and download activity.
Requests and contact forms: your name, email, optional phone, property address, purpose and any notes you send.
Searches: the street searched and the number of results, without personal details.
Payments
Card and billing details are entered on our hosted payment provider's secure page and never reach this site. The provider processes your payment, calculates any applicable tax, and shares payment status with us so we can unlock your download.
We use an email-delivery provider to send order confirmations and download links. It receives your email address and the message content only to deliver those emails.
How we use it
We use your information only to deliver purchases, provide downloads and replacements, handle refunds, answer requests, prevent fraud and misuse, and improve the archive. We don't sell your information.
Retention
We keep order and request records as long as needed to provide downloads and support, and as required for tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, use the contact form. We will honor requests where we can, except for records we must keep by law.
