1. What we provide

Levittown Plot Plans (levittownpaplotplans.com) offers digital copies of historical plot plans for homes in Levittown, Pennsylvania. Each plan is a scan of an archival drawing, delivered as a single-page PDF.

2. Historical reference only

Plans are provided “as is” for historical reference. They may be outdated, incomplete or inaccurate. A plot plan is not a current survey and does not replace a boundary survey, title work, or approvals from your township or borough. Nothing on this site is legal, engineering or surveying advice.

Levittown Plot Plans is independent and is not affiliated with any government agency, township, borough or official survey office.

3. Price, tax and currency

The standard price is $49 USD per plot plan, one-time, the same for homeowners and contractors. The price excludes applicable tax. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, and the final total — including tax and the currency charged — is shown on the secure payment page before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed by our hosted payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Digital delivery and downloads

Downloads unlock only after payment is confirmed. Each purchased plan can be downloaded up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. Order links sent by email are single-use and expire; you can request a new link from the “Find your order” page. No physical copy is shipped.

5. Replacements and refunds

If you receive a plan for the wrong address or page, the file is defective or unreadable, or a paid download cannot be supplied, contact us and we will provide the correct replacement or a refund. Other requests are reviewed case by case, consistent with applicable law.

Any full or partial refund ends download access for that order.

6. Availability

Not every Levittown address has a plan in the archive, and availability of any record is not guaranteed. You can request a plan that isn't listed; a request is not a purchase or a promise of delivery.

7. Permitted use

You may use purchased plans for your own property research, renovation, permit or contracting work. Please don't resell or republish the archive files.

8. Special pricing — not currently active

We may in future offer, subject to manual eligibility review and availability: 50% off ($24.50) for seniors over age 62 (63 and older) and for military veterans, and one free digital plan for an original Levittown homeowner's qualifying home. These offers are not available yet and cannot be redeemed at checkout. When activated, they will not combine with each other, have no cash value, and do not apply to past purchases.
